The personal data provided in your resume and profile is processed by: Company info – this company will hereinafter be referred to as “Administrator”.

  1. In order to provide electronic services in accordance with the agreement with the Administrator established by approving the Website’s Terms and Conditions, specifically:
  2. maintaining the User’s account on the Website;

  4. taking part in recruitment procedures on the Website;

  6. providing access to Website and it’site,

In order to create your professional profile and facilitate the matching of job offers registered on our Website with your experience and competencies, providing you with the right job offer – the data will be processed on the grounds of the legitimate interest of the Administrator based on selection of the job offers right for you,

If you submit an application to a specific job opening, you automatically agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of recruitment by LifeSpark Health – in this case, the data will be processed on the grounds of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us; keep in mind that we are legally permitted to process your data until the withdrawal of your consent,

In order to share your personal data, including your professional profile created on the Website, with potential employers or recruiting entities whose job offers match the User’s professional competencies and experience – in this case, the data will be processed on the grounds of the legitimate interest of  LifeSpark Health based on the identification and matching of profiles of candidates registering their resumes on the Website with the job offers of  LifeSpark Health
  10. For internal statistical purposes of the Administrator – in this case, the data will be processed on the grounds of the legitimate interest of the Administrator and the statistical data produced from the processing of your data for this purpose will not be shared with other entities,

If you should provide separate consent to receive offers associated with the services provided by the Administrator, including newsletters, to the provided e-mail address – in this case, the data will be processed on the grounds of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us; keep in mind that we are legally permitted to process your data until the withdrawal of your consent,

Is providing personal data mandatory?

You decide which data to entrust to  LifeSpark Health when you register an account on the Website or apply to a specific job opening. However, if you decide to register an account on the Website, you must enter the data required for  LifeSpark Health to perform the Services and carry out the recruitment procedures on the Website. If you do not enter the data marked as mandatory, you will not be able to register an account on the Website or apply to a chosen job offer.

Who will have access to your personal data?

Besides potential employers, your personal data will also be shared with entities operating at our commission (e.g. entities providing hosting services for the Administrator), i.e., processing entities. The data will be shared based on a data entrustment agreement, which will specify the objective, range, and time for the processing of your data.

Will we share your personal data outside of the European Union?

We will not share your personal information with third countries, i.e., countries outside of the European Economic Zone, unless the potential employer or entity recruiting on behalf of such an employer (e.g. another company in the enterprise group of the potential employer) is located outside of the European Union. In such cases,  LifeSpark Health may share your data with countries outside of the European Union and shall enter an agreement with the entity corresponding to the standard security clauses adopted by the European Commission or the Polish authority, in instances where the European Commission has not released a decision establishing the proper level of security for the country.

How long will we be processing your personal data?

If you register your resume on our Website, we will be processing your personal data as follows:

  1. If you register an Account on the Website,  LifeSpark Health shall process your data through successive recruitment procedures until your consent is withdrawn (by deleting your profile from the Website) or for the period of 5 years counted from the last update of data on the Website,
  2. After deleting your account from the Website,  LifeSpark Health is authorised to process your personal data for purposes of archiving, collecting statistics,  LifeSpark Health’s confirming performance of its responsibilities. This time is limited to the maximum of 10 years,
  3. If you should provide consent to participation in a given recruitment process, we will remove your data following its end.

How do we secure your data?

We use numerous IT and physical security measures to minimise the risk of data leaks, destruction, or disintegration, including a firewall system, anti-virus software, and internal data access and processing procedures, but you must remember that using the internet always carries the risk of certain security incidents. However, we guarantee that we are doing everything in our power to reduce this risk as much as possible.

What rights do you have concerning our processing of your personal data?

Pursuant to GDPR, you have numerous rights associated with the personal data provided to us, including the following:

  2. The right to access and update your data – you always have access to the provided personal data on your profile created in accordance with the Website’s Terms and Conditions. You can edit and update the provided data at any time,

In this case, we will withdraw your application from the ongoing recruitment procedure and inform potential employers who were granted access to your data of your request,

  7. The right to data portability if the processing procedure is based on an agreement or your consent.

How long will your rights take to execute?

We always try to process your requests and respond to your questions concerning your data as quickly as possible. You should receive a response within 30 days of submitting your request. If we should be unable to meet this deadline due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you of this fact and the reason for the delay. If we should have any doubts as to whether it is really you who is submitting the specific request, we may ask a few additional questions in order to verify your identity.
