Besides potential employers, your personal data will also be shared with entities operating at our commission (e.g. entities providing hosting services for the Administrator), i.e., processing entities. We request access to coaches Google Calendar via OAuth to help manage and display upcoming sessions for both coaches and students. We use this access solely to read calendar events relevant to your participation in scheduled sessions. Students will only see sessions they are directly involved in, while coaches can view all sessions they are assigned to. Additionally, we utilize push notifications to keep both students and coaches informed about their upcoming sessions. We do not share, store, or use your calendar data for any purpose outside of these functionalities, and access is strictly limited to enhancing your experience with our service. Only calendar data pertaining to coaching sessions performed under the umbrella of Lifesparkhealth are retained for the purposes of notification and awareness as described above. Any other private events are discarded during calendar import.
